Oi, my head!
I'm pretty sure my sinus infection is back again. I've got cotton-head, plugged ears, dizziness, headache - the usual suspects.

Unfortunately, my doctor is away until Tuesday and it's unlikely I could even get in to see her until late next week. I seriously cannot cope with this for another week.

I've considered [info]sarcasma's Neti pot, but I'm not sure if I should just go straight for antibiotics from a walk-in clinic.

I could probably figure this out if I could string together a few coherent thoughts. I just feel so rotten.

What do you think? Walk-in or Neti pot?

I find that once it's become an infection, it's too far gone for the neti. I've had great success with warding off sinus infections with the neti, but if it takes hold I go for drugs. When I have a full-on infection, the neti often just doesn't work - my nasal passages/sinuses just aren't open enough for water to get through, and then it hurts. If you go to the walk-in, you might feel better faster for the long weekend. Well, I'm not sure if it's a long weekend for you, but still :)

I think you're right and the longer I wait, the worse it's going to get. Damnit!
